Handy place, great food offered for continental breakfast. Liked oasis king room overlooking the rice paddy. The staff were VERY HONEST and check-in was early. Spotlessly clean hotel and marvellous service. Super central location, at walking distance from shotover canyon swing fox.

The property overall was fairly clean and upscale, had very good rooms and location. We had eggs, pastries, bacon, cheese and fresh fruit in the morning. Relaxed by the pool, it was incredible, especially when the weather was fine.

I loved so very friendly staff and unique interior. Incredible view, a lovely balcony, comfy bed, too. Quiet garden and lovely pool. Absolutely wonderful location with restaurants and bars easy walk to the place.

The breakfast was exceptional and all the personnel were unobtrusive. I got free upgrade and enjoyed it. Spacious garden and heated pool area. Cosy location to a landscaped park...

It was relaxing time in Queenstown. A heating system, ironing facilities and a work desk inside the king room where handy. Moreover, it had parking onsite. We greatly enjoyed an amazing location: )

We liked this hotel : food and location were all nice. We had a great view from our room. There's good choice of restaurants to choose from, like muskets and moonshine, set within 5 minutes walk or so.

Welcoming staff, we really enjoyed our stay with restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Bespoke Kitchen is within walking distance the hotel. Location near to Copthorne Venue bus stop, only 5 minutes walk away. If you wish to visit lake wakatipu, this place is perfect.

Awesome breakfast and rooms with an OUTSTANDING view. One could dine at restaurants such as Fergburger 5 minutes away. We liked dairy private luxury.
